Just another day in paradise
I’ve been doing Masterskip for a while now, been on many trips across the ocean and around the Caribbean, but this trip is unique. For one, the fact that we are sailing this previously cancelled trip. Second, it’s the first Masterskip this far north (Norway) and third, for me personally, it is wonderful to sail with to former trainees (Bibi and Merel).
Yesterday was another great day: we sailed into the fjord near Stavanger and passed by the Preikenstolen, a 600 meter high cliff rising up from the fjord. It really felt like sailing around in a postcard. The waterfalls, the blue sky and a never setting sun made this day truly a day to remember. It’s days like these that make me appreciate my job even more and luckily we have many days that make me feel this way.
